Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Office Coordinator with strong organization and friendly, helpful phone communication for our downtown client!


Current opening: Office Coordinator
Temp to Hire - long term with growth potential!
Pay range: $20-22/hour
Address: Downtown Denver
Schedule: In office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Parking provided!
Interview & start ASAP

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and manage correspondence
  • Greet and check-in visitors
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects for other departments
  • Maintain kitchen and conference rooms
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong typing skills, friendly phone demeanor!
  • Organizational and customer service skills
