Hours: M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: 100% Remote (must live in Minnesota)

Pay: $19.50/hour

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Rep will provide front-line phone and email support to customers for hearing instruments, connectivity devices, and general support. This role is vital in ensuring a positive customer experience and building confidence in our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products.
    • Manage approximately 20 calls per day, requiring comfort with being on the phone throughout the day.
  • Answer basic questions regarding our hearing instruments and connectivity products.
  • Connect customers with authorized hearing care providers.
  • Provide solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.
  • Handle customer calls and emails in a manner that creates a positive experience to build confidence in our brands.
  • Enter notes for each customer interaction into contact management software.
  • Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to Supervisor.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be tech savvy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Patience working with users who may be new to technology.
  • Genuine interest and desire to help people.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
