Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products/services, pricing, and availability.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to expedite customer requests and enhance service efficiency.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
