A stable organization in the Ellicott City, MD area is seeking an Office Assistant to join their growing team!

Temp to permanent, $18-$22/hour based on experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage calendars
  • Filing and data entry
  • Generate reports for leadership team
  • Customer support via phone and email
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
