We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in Oakland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a "project management" mindset while supporting the sales team with internal and customer facing tasks to keep customer follow up on track. Please see details below:
Position: Sr. Customer Service Representative
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Oakland, NJ onsite
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Provide timely responses and updates on all matters inclusive of order processing, shipping information and customer requests.
Maintain exceptional details in tracking on projects of customer information, timelines, dates, risk etc.
Manage customer portfolio and projects as assigned, within the scope of corporate and departmental procedures
5yrs. experience in customer support role
Experienced user of Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite
Astute accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication and timely follow up
