Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

• Oversee all phases of the renovation process to ensure profitable and high-quality work, including managing budgets, proposals, contracts, plans, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project and completion of all required inspections.
• Develop, update, and track the renovation schedule.
• Maintain job site paperwork.
• Enforce job site safety requirements.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with employees, owners, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience managing swimming pool renovation projects, or equivalent experience in project or construction management.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with Buildertrend is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $80-95k + 10% bonus potential
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Location : 100% in office - Flexibility for sickness/weather
• Type : Direct Hire
