Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Front Desk Admin in the Chino Hills location.  The Front Desk administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting guests, data entry, booking appointments, answering customer calls and queries, managing schedules, handling business correspondence, assisting in office supply maintenance and inventory, managing insurance documents, and offering office support to management and staff.

  • Prepare customer invoices and shipping documents
  • Compile Accounts Payable packets
  • Track and record deliveries to customers using job folders
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • 3 years of proven experience working in a front desk capacity
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and especially Excel
