Requirements | What Matters Most
BA/BS in applicable field or equivalent experience
Experience with legality and compliance, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and performance and compensation management, from an HR perspective
Strong understanding of training programs, employee development, and learning principals and ability to facilitate people programs and processes
A strong understanding of HRIS, Microsoft programs, and other HR related systems
Posses a true team-first mentality with an eagerness to solve challenges and promotes continuous learning
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Collaborative mindset and willingness to partner with departments, managers, and staff to enhance culture and values of an organization
