Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist who is based locally to join our Fort Lauderdale team. This role is essential in providing exceptional on-site service and ensuring our clients experience seamless short-term or long-term accommodations.


Cultivate and strengthen client relationships by consistently providing seamless, efficient, and proactive service experiences.

Manage and coordinate client arrivals and departures, attentively catering to their needs to surpass expectations.

Serve as a key resource for clients by identifying their requirements, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.

Employ conflict resolution skills to effectively handle and resolve challenges, transforming them into opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction.

Display strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail, while ensuring clear and effective communication.

Maintain a positive, results-driven attitude to excel in a fast-paced setting.


Must be proficient in English.

Required: 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, or Relocation.

Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively recognizing and responding to customer needs.

Self-motivated with a drive to achieve outstanding results.

Clear and articulate communication skills for interacting with clients.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to multitask successfully.

Eager to learn and advance within your role.

Proficient with property management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

Must thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
