Job Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team by managing schedules, taking meeting minutes, organizing events, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Coordination and Minute Taking:
Schedule and organize meetings for the executive team.
Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
Take detailed and accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
Calendar Management:
Maintain and manage the executive team's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics, including venue, equipment, and refreshments.
Communication and Correspondence:
Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for board meetings and events.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including fundraising events, community outreach programs, and other organizational activities.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to take accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Payrate-$20-27hr Fully onsite
