Job Duties/Description:
- Greet visitors and clients and act as first point of contact for the office
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer appropriately
- Manage schedule for conference rooms and set up prior to meetings
- Maintain office supply levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in planning internal and external events
- Act as main point of contact for vendors
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous experience working in a similar role
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi- task
- Willingness to take on additional projects and assist multiple departments
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in an independent environment
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $60-65K
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Location: Hybrid - rotating remote Fridays (after 30 days of training if performing to par)
- Type: Direct Hire
