Job Description

Job Duties:

  • First point of escalation for field technicians.
  • Provide technical assistance for successful installations.
  • Document installation details, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve installation issues and assess their impact.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate contacts.
  • Monitor site progress and conduct follow-up calls.
  • Assist with troubleshooting using manuals and knowledge bases.
  • Document hardware/software issues and resolutions.
  • Communicate resolutions to the project team.
  • Suggest and review process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of check-ins, statuses, and tickets.
  • Learn and understand the technology and systems being installed.
  • Maintain regular attendance.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or project coordination.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing workflows.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and dependable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Accountable for quality customer service and handling various personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to troubleshoot and learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work varying shifts to meet project needs.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $21/hr. (Nightshift will offer a $22-23/hr.)
  • Schedule:
    • DAY SHIFT: Mon - Fri, 6am - 6pm (8 hour shifts + 1 hour meal break - flexibility with schedules is highly preferred)
    • NIGHT SHIFT: Sun - Thurs, 4pm - 9am (8 hour shift within that window + 1 hour meal break)
  • Location: 100% in office in Chanhassen, MN
