Job Description

Job Summary: We seek an experienced Equities Trader with expertise in securities processing to join our trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equities trading, comprehensive knowledge of securities processing, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trading:

    • Execute equity trades and develop trading strategies.
    • Analyze market conditions and trends.
  • Securities Processing:

    • Manage trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
    • Resolve trade discrepancies and handle lifecycle events.
  • Risk Management:

    • Monitor positions and adhere to risk limits.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Prepare trading activity reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equities trading and securities processing.
  • Proficiency in trading software and market data tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
