Position Title: Client Support Specialist

Actively seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Operations Department!  This is an opportunity for a customer service focused individual who can provide support to internal/external clients.

Job Description:

  • Customer service tasks:
    • Onboarding and setup of new users.
    • Resolve client questions or concerns quickly and effectively.
    • Provide individual training sessions for clients and report client feedback.
  • Servicing system support for internal clients:
    • Ensure data honesty and appropriate security.
    • Onboarding/offboarding of personnel.
    • Check In with internal clients to help with any requests and answer customer questions.
    • Process Servicing System data update requests.
    • Monitor and respond to emails when needed. 
  • Additional:
    • Plan and schedule your personal workload to meet deadlines.
    • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by management.
  • Associates degree minimum, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of previous telephone customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to work with tight timelines and problem solving skills.
Additional Info:
  • Pay: $50-55K
  • Schedule: 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Type: Contract to hire
