Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Representative will provide exceptional customer support, handle information requests, research and resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction through both verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality Assurance Luxury Goods accounts and others.
  • Identify potential business opportunities by contacting prospective partners.
  • Develop clear and compelling proposals/quotations for current customers.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance walkthroughs for new accounts.
  • Collaborate with operations to implement, maintain, and close accounts effectively.
  • Resolve irregularities or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate all new and updated information to customers and partners.
  • Coordinate with Operations on scheduling specialty requests
  • Assist the cleaning crew as needed.
  • Create and manage a daily Outlook calendar
  • Be available to work nights and weekends as necessary to meet client demands.
  • Provide daily inspection reports.
  • Attend operations meetings regarding inspections with the Operations/Office Manager and night inspectors at the corporate office.
  • Review and approve partner invoices for payment processing.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Market for new accounts as needed.
  • Travel out of state to locations such as California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check.
  • Maintain a good driving record.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year of janitorial experience.
