Job Description
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Must have at least 3 year experience managing and administering employee benefits (this
includes retirement plans, its leave policies, wellness programs, and any other relevant insurance
policies) - Must have experience using ADP WorkForce Now
- Provide support with health benefit plans for employees including benefit meetings and processing enrollments and changes
- Administer workers compensation process
- Process and track agency leaves of absences. Knowledge and experience with all forms of LOA processes and compliance
- Administer unemployment process and provide responses within timelines
- Review and clear new hire, promotion and change paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identifies problems immediately, takes proactive
