Customer Service Role
8:00am - 4:00pm
The position responsibilities include front desk receptionist, order taker, phone calls/emails, filing, sending invoices and collections of accounts receivable.
-Process sales orders via fax, e-store and email
-Send our all-order confirmations via email
-Coordinate with shipping, purchasing and manager regarding back orders and other special orders and customer inquires
-Send invoices to customers via mail or email
-Follow up on past due accounts via phone calls or email, notate status on sales Spreadsheet
-Take and handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service issues
-Maintain filing system for sales order hardcopies
-Periodically update spreadsheet and computer data on customer accounts and their contact info
-Take all phone calls and transfer to appropriate persons
-Prepare and print guests sign in sheets making sure all guests are greeted and taken care of
-Other duties and responsibilities are assigned accordingly, as needed
-Strong PC and word processing skill
-Demonstrates good organizations skills and ability to multi-tasks, as well as attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize work and to handle stressful deadline situations
-Ability to work with management and team members as well as customers
-Good communication skills, verbal and written
-Problem solving skills are important
