Mechanical Construction Project Manager
Direct Hire
Salary range: 120k-$150k
Will require travel to various locations in SD County
MUST have 5+ years consistant experience in HVAC/Plumbing and Construction
Prefer a degree in Mechanical Engineering
MUST be able to pass required drug screen/background check
The Project Manager has the following duties that they are responsible for which include safety of field personnel assigned to the projects
Field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement
Change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.
Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs.
Other duties may be assigned.
Managers are responsible for directing and overseeing the work activities of their direct reports and to be available during the hours that any direct reports are working.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Able to effectively operate the following computer software programs - Microsoft (Excel, Works, Project, Access, and Powerpoint), Bluebeam Revu PDF editing, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have 5-7 years construction work-related experience and/or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
