Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is working with a family owned company in west Fort Worth that is seeking an Office Manager. This person MUST have a lot of hustle/energy that keeps all departments cohesive and positive.


  • Manage a team of 5
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Manage multiple calendars
  • Schedule appointments and employee shifts
  • Create accurate invoices - attention to detail and focus
  • Manage the timing of client flow - keep everyone on schedule


  • Previous management experience of 5+ employees
  • Must be able multi-task, problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Heavy face to face and phone customer service
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
