Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team in Laguna Woods, CA! In this role, you will conduct interviews and screen job applicants to help fill company openings. You'll also play a key role in ensuring our employment program adheres to company policies and government compliance requirements.

Location: Onsite

Pay: $25

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company employment policies and government regulations.
  • Support the recruitment process from initial candidate contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
