Job Description

Great opening for a Customer Service Rep for a Tax Company in Santa Ana!


Hours 7AM-4PM Monday to Friday


Inbound calls

Input data into the database

Updating customers information

Will need to have customer service background- in an office setting

This is not a call center!

Will need to have excellent communication skills

Will respond to emails inquires

Ideal candidates:

Background in customer service

Computer savvy

Great customer service interaction over the phone

Likes to help customers

Outgoing personality
