Client Service Coordinator - Project Management

Job Description

Job Duties/Description:
* Manage work order setup, material ordering, and invoicing.
* Schedule technicians for service and installation
* Work with Project Managers to maintain scopes, budgets, and timelines.
* Manage data and status update reporting

* 1+ year(s) of project coordination, service coordination, or project dispatching experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required
* Previous experience in Oracle, Smartsheet, or Salesforce is a plus!

Additional Info:
* Pay range: $50,000 to $58,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* Location: Hybrid - 1x remote per week
