Insurance Verification Specialist

Location: East County (onsite then remote after 6 month training period)

Contract to hire

Wage: $20-$23/hr

Schedule: Mon-Thursday 8:30am -4pm, Friday 8:30am-12pm

About the company: This company focuses Medical Billing for 90 different practices that specialize in Acupuncture, Chiropractor & Physical Therapy.

Duties:

conduct insurance verifications

assist with claims billing

following up on claims

provide administrative support to the team

provide high level customer service when interacting via phone or email

additional duties as requested

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma

1+ year of administrative and medical insurance verification experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite

Medical billing experience is a plus
