Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join one of our growing companies!  You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information, taking product orders and following up on order status. You will handle heavy call volume and provide excellent customer service and problem resloution

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, take customer orders and follow up
Develop and build customer relationiships to further business development
Process and follow up on customer orders and work closely with Produtction,Purchaasing and Warehouse departments
Help facilitate, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues 
Document and update customer records based on interactions


?Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask, must be detail oriented and organized
Positive and friendly demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a temporary to hire opportunity! 
Pay $19-$20 per hour
