Job Description

Very busy transportation company hiring 5 customer service reps. 
Monday through Friday 
Pay is between $20-23 hourly depending on experience
*       Works(ed) in warehouse logistic services

*       Scheduled and track shipments UPS, FedEx, DHL USPS,

*       Customer support

*       Scheduled Inbound/Outbound deliveries and pickups both large and small loads

*       Monitor bookings requests from airlines to make sure shipments are booked as requested

*       Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products.

*       Check documentation from shipments to assure the correct shipment is being exported. 

*       Quality control check the piece count, commodity, consignee address
