Field Superintendent

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 DOE

Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

· Duties will include but are not limited to supervising all phases of field activities.

· Oversee project quality of crew and subcontractors.

· Read plans, engineering details, and project spec sheets.

· Plan, prepare, and manage schedules and budgets.

· Work with inspectors to ensure timely inspections.

· Oversee implementation of quality control measures.

· Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.

· Maintain positive relationships with all customers and field employees while performing assigned responsibilities.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Communicate with clients and provide updates on project status.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of related supervisory experience

· Knowledge of tile industry and/or painting industry experience

· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

· JOC experience preferred.

· Valid drivers license and clean record

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Procore experience.

· Knowledge of OSHA standards.

· Willingness and ability to travel.
