Ultimate Staffing is looking for great Customer Service Representatives!
These are call center/collections positions. Training will be in office but work will be done remotely.
There are two shifts available - Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM OR 11AM-8PM
We service many clients in a broad variety of industries that are in need of strong Customer Service Representatives.
A successful candidate in this position will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a customer service position. The ability to multi task and have strong attention to detail is imperative to being a successful and effective member of the customer service team.
Handle high volume of incoming calls
Manage outbound calls
Create purchase orders, update client information in system
Manage client accounts and support in technical issues
Resolve any client and customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Update internal databases while fielding calls from customers and/or clients
Track and update order status as needed
Answer pertinent questions as best to your ability to service the caller
Ability to troubleshoot and transfer calls as needed
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service setting
Strong communication both written and verbal
Good customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and Data Entry skills
Pay will be $15/hr
