Recruitment/HR Coordinator
3 month contract- could be extended

Pay: $20/HR

Schedule: M-F flexible on start and end time within reason. Supervisor works 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function by contributing to the
overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate experience, administrative support, and
delivering operational excellence to the organization and Talent Acquisition process.

Essential Job Duties

  • Post the employment job advertisements and job descriptions on Company Career Pages (ATS),
  • Maintain, and submit recruiting reports for compliance, tracking and candidate tracking, may be asked to create, 
  • Screen qualified candidates; schedule and coordinate interviews for multiple departments, leaders, and positions,
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure open positions are filled timely; ensure interview process is followed, completed, and documented appropriately (application, pre-employment screenings, interviews, backgrounds, etc.),
  • Correspond with applicant regarding their employment consideration and hiring process; maintain engagement throughout the process,
  • Partner with Human Resources, Recruiter and hiring leader during the offer process,
  • Ensure New Team Members Onboarding Process is thorough and accurate by following preestablished onboarding checklist,
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, department leaders and Recruiter to draft accurate job descriptions; update as needed,
  • May arrange meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers, when necessary,
  • Manage data related to OFCCP/AAP compliance,
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEOC) and related employment laws and regulations,
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred,
  • A minimum of two (2) years related experience,
  • Proficient with communication (written and verbal),
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.),
