Well established Facilities maintenance company is seeking a bi-lingual HR coordinator to work on site in Tempe Office.
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for being the primary contact for branch management for all general human resources questions, benefit issues, orientation, resolution of payroll discrepancies, and interpretation of human resources policies and procedures. This hands-on position is responsible for branch-level human resources administration.
Bilingual Spanish / English Required
Hours are M-F and flexible starting time between 7am and 8:30am.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct New Employee Orientation sessions:
Application of any state required license training
Distribute and collect union cards
Ensure completion of post-employment offer forms/activity (e.g., new hire onboarding paperwork)
Instruction of Basic Pre-Assignment Lessons (AUS Core Training)
Customer-specific core standards training
Assist with the annual open enrollment process; provide first-line answer to benefit related questions or works with corporate benefits to identify answers for employees
Oversee administration of company uniform program, including sizing, issuance of uniforms, timely return of uniforms, assistance with replacements, and maintain all paper and electronic files associated with the program
Assist with the workers' compensation claims management by issuing and obtaining claim paperwork, collecting statements, and coordinating with Corporate Human Resources on doctor's notes and return to work programs
Manage all employee WinTeam data entry, including new hire set up and personnel data Coordinates with Payroll to ensure changes are completed properly; respond to questions as needed
Utilize online tools to provide timely responses
Process weekly reports for Corporate Human Resources
Conduct monthly Human Resources audits
Coordinate employee relations programs under the direction of Human Resources leadership
