Property Management company in Irvine is adding a Recruiting Assistant to their team.   You will assist with recruitment process, involving the full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills. Your position will support the Regional Recruiting team's vision to attract and hire the best people and become an employer of choice within real estate and property management industry.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 
Assist with the screening and contacting of potential candidates, scheduling interviews using an applicant tracking system (iCIMs).
Follow up with Candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure the interview (assessments and references) and hiring processes are advancing swiftly and accordingly.
Follow up on Submitted Candidates with Hiring Managers to support the urgency in Advancing or Rejecting Candidates in all steps of the process. 
Build candidate pipelines to fill current and anticipated vacancies. 
Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.).
Assist with performing background checks and verify a candidate's qualifications and experience. 

Additional duties as assigned.
Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role (preferably sourcing experience in property management). 
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills). 
Experience using applicant tracking software (iCIMs a plus) and social networks for recruiting. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Strong organizational and time management skills. 
Great attention to detail and accuracy. 
Excellent customer service skills. 
Motivated, deadline-drive, and results-oriented. 
Eager to learn new technologies, build relationships, and identify quality talent. 
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. 
Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment. 
Excellent writing and communication skills. 
Ability to manage competing demands and multiple openings.

Must have:
Intermediate MS Office
4 year degree preferred
