Job Description

Job Duties/Description:

  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Deliver Time & Materials, and project-related requests on schedule, striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Client Response: Receive and respond to client inquiries and work requests clearly, professionally, and promptly, keeping clients informed of progress or issues.
  • Vendor Communication: Directly communicate with vendor technicians and suppliers to place orders and obtain status updates.
  • Deliverable Management: Manage the receipt and storage of deliverables.
  • Team Communication: Keep both internal and external team members informed about work-related activities.
  • Billing Management: Handle billings in a timely manner.
  • System Navigation: Navigate efficiently within NetSuite, AIM, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet.
  • Technician Support: Manage the check-in/check-out process for onsite technicians and assist them with the scope of work and job-related questions.
  • Scope Management: Manage changes in scope and identify potential issues.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between our technicians and clients.
  • Task Documentation: Document details of dispatches and tasks.
  • Work Plan Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of the work plan, including pre-installation surveys, installations, service calls, and client follow-ups, managing technicians, materials, and equipment.
  • Invoicing Accuracy: Ensure accurate invoicing from various vendors.
  • Procurement Monitoring: Monitor the procurement of materials.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, IM, and Internet use.
  • Flexibility: Must be available for variable daytime shift work and occasional on-call shifts.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism, a strong work ethic, confidentiality, and commitment to integrity.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, technicians, and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Creativity and good judgment in solving complex problems.
  • Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Growth-Oriented: Desire and ability to grow with the company.
  • Field Experience: Hands-on field technician experience is a plus.

  • Pay range: $21-24/hr
  • Location:100% Onsite
