Office, Administrative, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Manufacturing/Production
Position: Office Administrator
Location: San Diego
Pay Rate: $23 to $25 per hour
Hours: Full-time, on-site. Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support
Conduct order fulfillment and enter orders into system
Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
Conduct inventory of office supplies
Assist with front office management
Manage incoming mail and emails
Prepare outgoing shipments
Create document, letters, and reports
Audit and prepare records
Maintain recordkeeping system
Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
2+ years of related administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
