Job Description

Immediate need for a Customer Service Specialist in the Columbia, MD area. This is your opportunity to join an engaging, trustworthy, and efficient company that values their employees and promotes from within! Preferred qualifications include prior customer service experience, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers regarding orders.
  • Utilize appropriate CRM databases to complete customer and order data entry.
  • Assist customers with any related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports of customer inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • High School Diploma [some college preferred].
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a variety of settings.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment.
