A growing commerical construction company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team!  You will have the opportunity to be a part of all aspects of the company including executive support, project management, customer support, human resources, and inventory/procurement.  The ideal candidate will enjoy multi-tasking, have a high attention to detail and want to contribute to the team.

  • Create and update policies/procedures with executive team
  • CRM management and support
  • Vendor management including obtaining quotes for projects
  • Prepare and review documents such as contracts and training materials
  • Send customer quotes and assist with project reports
  • Manage and maintain office supplies
  • Support human resources by posting jobs and screening applicants

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience
  • Experience in the construction industry 
  • Computer savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Google, and CRM
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
