Ultimate is seeking an HR Assistant/Human Resource Admin to support the Human Resource department team.  The HR Coordinator will assist with benefit administration, payroll processing, training, and maintaining employee records.  Please send your resume to

HR Assistant/Human Resource Admin responsibilities:

  • Benefit administration
  • Process payroll
  • setup training courses
  • reconcile monthly benefit invoices
  • Miscellaneous project assigned by HR Manager

HR Assistant/Human Resource Admin must haves:
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years related administrative field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS System
