Job Description

Call Center Supervisor needed for a busy Call Center in Chatsworth, California.
Pay: $19-23 per hour depending on experience
Must meet the following criteria:
* 3 years of call center experience
* Leadership experience
* Bilingual Spanish preferred
Main duties will be:
- Assisting with schedule items - making sure people are there for their shift and ensure they take their breaks
- Making sure the reps are taken care of
- Help with training and answering questions
- Monitoring calls
- Walking the floor/hands-on
- Hands on role
