Work with CHRO and other executives to design, implement and continually review total rewards programs that are market competitive and aligned with the organization's total rewards strategy.
Create and analyze job descriptions, evaluations and classifications to ensure every existing role and new roles are tied to their respective compensation ranges.
Gather market-based compensation data and compare market data to internal jobs or job grades.
Respond to compensation surveys, extract and summarize pay data, and communicate with survey administrators to verify data.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
Assist in the analysis and development of recommendations for merit and / or bonus pool budgets and administer annual and off-cycle merit pay adjustment activities.
Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits strategy and program administration.
Assist with communicating the organization's compensation and benefits programs to global employees.
Manage immigration/visa processes for new hires and employees; coordinate with immigration services providers to ensure data/reports and company responses are provided in a timely manner.
Manage benefits programs globally; coordinate with benefits broker and carriers to develop employee communications materials to support open enrollment and ongoing employee education sessions that inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
Coordinate with payroll and HRIS administrators to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefit eligible files, as well as employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, or other appropriate service providers.
Administer employee savings plans such as the company's 401(k) plan.
Produce reports to analyze and present quantitative/qualitative data on total rewards using various sources of data to provide insights and information to HR and the business.
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 3 years; additional experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices are highly preferred
Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
Hands on experience and knowledge with HR systems with the ability to quickly grasp, new technology systems
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity.
Ability to be self-directed and motivated
Ability to collaborate and develop professional relationships with employees and management; proven customer service skills
Strong problem solving skills and ability to grasp issues quickly and prioritize appropriately
