Call center and customer service representatives needed in the Hunt Valley area! $16+/hr
- Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
- Navigate electronic systems to document and process customer requests
- Actively listen, take questions, and deliver feedback to customer inquiries
- Provide superior customer service to our customers and continually seek to understand the needs of those we serve
- Constant professionalism and phone etiquette
- Identify and escalates priority issues
- At least 1 year Call Center experience is necessary!
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Possess friendly and outgoing phone voice
- Basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information)
- Attention to detail
- Some roles may require credit checks
Job is M-F hours between 8-6
