Job Title: Account Manager
Location: St. Clair County, IL
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: based on experience
Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Requirements Account Manager:
- Act as main point of contact and liaison between company, key stakeholders and customer regarding customer accounts.
- Manage and respond to customer requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business with existing customers or areas of improvement to drive company and sales goals.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issues, escalating as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Solid working knowledge using CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written, and effectively with a wide range of people.
