Looking for a strong Talent Aquisition Manager whose key role will be the identification, attraction, and selection of top talent for our client.. In this important role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will utilize broad-based recruitment experience to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of experienced candidates for current and future opportunities.
Duties include supporting recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions, maintaining the applicant tracking system and managing the processing and onboarding of new hires and temporary employees. Develop knowledge of current marketplace and trends. Utilize direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting techniques to identify top candidates. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
