Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the Houston area to find a HR Director to join their growing company.

Job Information:

• Direct hire - immediate employee of the company
• M-F, 8-5, in office
• Pay: up to $92K
• Non-profit sector
• Company offers great benefits package

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Supervisory role within HR
• Strong HR Compliance experience (employee relations, investigations, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree
