Customer Service Representatives are the first responders to customer requests received over the phone. Taking care of customers means having conversations that determine their needs and appropriate support based on a wide array of industry leading solutions in health and wealth.
Candidates will handle data entry, open enrollment, web assistance, along with the other requests of the customer. Our environment is fast-paced, supportive, innovative, and fun. This is a fully remote, temp position with the potential for extension or permanent hire based on performance.
-3 or more years of call center and/or customer service experience.
-Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Teams (Chat) and Microsoft Outlook (email) as these are the main means of communication working remotely.
-Candidates should be driven to succeed and willing to provide 100% customer satisfaction and quality on each call.
-Candidates should be dependable, punctual, and self-sufficient in this position, as open enrollment is a busy season.
-Access to consistent, high-speed internet connection directly connected to router/modem (25 MBPS download speed and 10 MBPS upload speed).
-Quiet, dedicated space to perform duties.
*Equipment will be shipped prior to training.*
-Hours of operation: M-F 7:45am to 10pm EST
-Training: 4 weeks; M-F 8:00am-5:00pm for each time zone. Cameras are required.
