Job Description

We are hiring for a Servicing Manager! MUST have 3+ years of supervisor / management experience with the mortgage industry to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities of the mortgage, customer service, and lost mitigation team.
• Overseeing servicing operations of the Servicing Department for the mortgage company and providing direct member service to the borrowers.
• Manage employee performance and find developmental opportunities that lead to continuous improvement for staff.
• Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets - communicate and reinforce individual goals, objectives, and expectations.
• Create employee work schedules.
• Provide input to department director on hiring, training, performance, process development and workflow.
• May review and approve time records, vacation/PTO requests, overtime scheduling and scheduling/time off requests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisor / management experience with the mortgage industry
• Thorough knowledge of first mortgage real estate lending practices,
• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in business OR any related field preferred.
• Understanding of FNMA, GNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Basic Excel, MS Office

Pay: $60k-$75k depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
