Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Client Services Admin Support

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Client Services team as a Bilingual Admin Support, providing top-notch customer service while managing administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as primary backup to Client Service Representatives
  • Correspond with internal and external customers, providing policy information
  • Handle complex client correspondence and complaints with finesse
  • Conduct thorough research on complaints and perform auditing tasks
  • Process various requests, including Not Taken requests and refunds
  • Manage documentation, including ordering replacement letters and forms

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior insurance industry experience preferred
