Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects request by our customer to be completed anywhere from up to 160 stores throughout the US West Coast including locations in AK, HI, CA, WA, OR, and NV.
  • Designate and schedule technicians to complete project scope of work that include but not limited to Handyman, Electrical, and Data work.
  • Track submitted quotes and change orders for our customer to approve.
  • Schedule and track material to be sent for project install.
  • Track completions and report back to our customer.
  • Update and format customer floorplans and creating scopes of work for our techs to follow.
  • Create overviews, trackers, and reference sheets for technicians and our office as needed per project.
  • Act as liaison between technicians and our customer when issues occurred.
  • Oversee multiple projects taking place at any given time pending the demands of our customer.
  • Conduct vendor searches to find and build relationships with potential new technicians to assist throughout the western region projects.

Skills Needed:

Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Beginner Experience with Teams, Google Drive, and OneNote

Comfortable with phone and written communication. Also, able to communicate with respectable etiquette and grammar.

Able to tackle high priority situations and understand time management to meet project deadlines.

Organized and detail oriented.

Driven to meet high expectations placed by our customer.

Work well independently and in a team setting.
