Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Office Clerk to assist with data entry, answering phones and filing.  Responsible for performing clerical duties in an office setting. Assists by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, and inputting data into QuickBooks.

  • Reroute calls to appropriate people.

  • Proven experience working in an office setting
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • AA/BA degree preferred for entry-level candidates
  • QuickBooks preferred, will train if no experience
