Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, as well as communicating with owners, management, vendors, and tenants.
  • Data entry and follow-up of accounts receivable/payables and work orders.
  • Coordinating meetings, inspections, and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervising staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure proper performance.
  • Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and tracking office supplies to place orders when necessary.
  • Managing advertisements, notices, and collections.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.

Skills

  • Experience in office administration, office assistance, or similar roles is required. Experience in property management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
