Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, answering questions, handling complaints, and providing information in a professional and efficient manner.


  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications.
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics including call handling time, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.


  • Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
