Manufacturer now interviewing experienced Account Representatives with Order to Cash experience.

Seeking the following ORDER TO CASH Experience

Requires excellent communications skills with ability to communicate with business clients. B2B Customer Service.

· Contract Review

· New Account Set Up including Credit Management

· Order management

· Order Entry

· Order status updates

· Order Changes

· Coordinate Delivery and installation dates

· Production Build and Inventory Updates

· Billing and invoice reconciliation

· Ad hoc Reporting

This position requires experience in customer service supporting a manufacturing or logistics environment. You should have excellent time management, cross-team communication, and analytical skills.

Technical experience required for SAP, MRP. EDI, ERP Systems as well as Microsoft Excel.
