We are building a new team for our new Branches and contact center located outside of Frisco TX. Our client is seeking a dynamic Bankers, Tellers and Contact Center Leads to assist new and existing clients.

If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and have a strong familiarity of Federal Credit Union banking products this role if for you!

To WIN in this role, you will need an engaging personality, strong communication skills, experience in bringing in new members and the ability to recommend new products and services to existing members.

Requires

· 3 years of Credit Union / Federal Credit Union experience.

· Proficiency in contact center software systems.

· Strong understanding of financial products and services

· Ability to explain complex services in simplified terms.

· Strong communication skills.

· Ability to work 4 weekdays plus Saturday.

· Bachelor's degree or equal amount of experience.
